The Story

A cultivar of our native Eastern White Cedar or Arborvitea, Private Jet™ was chosen for its fast-growing habit, reaching up to 20 ft tall and retaining its pleasing, narrow shape.
Arborvitea, or Thuja occidentalis, has a native range that extends across Eastern Canada and south to the Southern Appalachians. This cultivar is favored for being disease and pest resistant, adaptable to a wide range of soil types, and delightfully low maintenance. It thrives in a wide variety of climates, so it will stay green all year round.

Q. What does 'potless plug' mean?

A. Thanks for asking! We're working to lower our use of plastic in our supply chain, the potless product for sale on this page is a part of this effort. When you buy a potless product, expect a well rooted plant whose root ball is contained in a bag rather than a plastic pot and a bag.
